Where is my order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will receive email updates whenever there is a change in the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?
After your order is placed, you have a short window of time to cancel your items. If you are unable to cancel, you can return or exchange it after you receive your order. You can always contact our Support Team for assistance.
I haven't received my order yet – what should I do?
Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Most issues can be resolved immediately through LOUKA Store.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please send us a detailed explanation about the issue that you are experiencing, and attach pictures and videos if possible.

SHIPPING
How do LOUKA deliveries work?
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the delivery date of your order.
Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail.
The items that are in stock will be processed and shipped in two business days.
Upon dispatch, we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date.
You will receive updates about the status of your order. Also, you can track your order directly on your account or on our tracking page using the tracking number.
What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international shipping?
For domestic orders, our delivery takes 2-3 business days.
For international orders inside the EU, our delivery takes 2-7 business days.
For international orders outside the EU, our delivery may take 10 to 15 business days.
What happens if I am unable to collect my order?
Usually, the courier will leave a card to explain what to do next.
You may also receive an email from the carrier for the next steps or a notification that informs you about a second attempt for delivery.
You can always contact the carrier to re-arrange the delivery. Also, you can contact our Support Team for assistance.
Can I change my delivery date?
The majority of carriers can rebook delivery. If you’d like to request an alternative date, please contact the courier to make this change.
International deliveries, additional fees, and taxes?
We ship all around the world from our warehouse located in Spain.
Since the EU is a trade-free zone, there are no import/export fees when shipping packages across Europe.
We will do our best to assist you, however, customers are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges that may occur for international shipments.
Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
RETURNS &REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must first request a return before sending back the item, otherwise, it will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please note, to help us keep offering competitive prices and remain a sustainable small company, we kindly request a 12€ fee to share the return shipping and restocking costs with you.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds from Louka Store are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid.
For payments with Credit or Debit cards, in general, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days. Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 10 business days.
For payments with PayPal, in general, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days. It can sometimes take up to 10 business days, if you're returning the money to a payment method within PayPal.

How to submit a self-serve return request?
At LOUKA returns are made easy. You can benefit from our self-serve automated returns.
Click to Support button in the store's navigation and select Request a return.

What is the return window for returning items?
Please be advised that all returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to send the item yourself or once a return label has been received, customers are allotted 5 business days to deliver the item to the carrier. It is imperative to obtain confirmation of delivery to the carrier when returning an item.
Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received, as any signs of use may render the item ineligible for a refund as mentioned.
