We want you to love your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied we gladly accept returns.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must first request a return before sending back the item, otherwise, it will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please be advised that all returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to send the item yourself or once a return label has been received, customers are allotted 5 business days to deliver the item to the carrier. It is imperative to obtain confirmation of delivery to the carrier when returning an item.
Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received, as any signs of use may render the item ineligible for a refund as mentioned above.

DAMAGED, LOST, AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If the purchased product is lost, or wrong, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Please send us a detailed explanation about the issue that you are experiencing, and attach pictures and videos if possible.
We will do our best to assist you and solve the problem.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST
Sure, returning your purchase is a breeze! You've got two options to kickstart the process: either visit the 'Orders' section in your account or simply swing by the 'Request a Return' page under 'Support' on our home navigation header.
To initiate from the 'Request a return' page, you will have to enter your order number, and your email or phone for verification, pick a reason, and if you'd like, share a description and photos (though that's totally up to you). Once you're done, hit that 'Submit' button, and we'll take it from there.

REFUNDS
- Refund to original payment method.

In the second option refunds from Louka are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on the payment method.
For payments with Credit or Debit cards, in general, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days. Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 10 business days.
For payments with PayPal, in general, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days. It can sometimes take up to 10 business days if you're returning the money to a payment method within PayPal.
