Our organic cotton bags are made from thick, resistant 500g/m2 GOTS-certified organic cotton, ensuring durability and an ethical footprint.

• Cleaning:
• For minor spots, gently dab the area with a clean, damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap (like a gentle laundry soap).
• Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric and color.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry your bag, as this can cause shrinkage, distortion, and damage to the cotton fibers and internal structures.
• For more significant cleaning, professional eco-friendly dry cleaning is recommended.

• Drying:
• If your bag gets wet, air dry it completely in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Stuff the bag loosely with paper to help it retain its shape while drying.

• Storage:
• Store your cotton bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• If storing for an extended period, stuff it with acid-free tissue paper or a pillow to help maintain its shape.
• Keep it in a breathable dust bag (if provided) to protect it from dust and environmental factors.

• Protection: 
• Before first wear, it's strongly recommended to protect your bag with a colorless waterproofing spray. Reapply waterproofing every 3 months.

RETURNS

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
